No Excuses Workout

I’m going up-north for the week to spend some much needed R & R with my fam. I am looking forward to sleeping in, taking naps on the beach, bike riding and boating. Fortunately, my family cooks pretty healthfully and we plan on doing a fair amount of walking. However, I figured I would also try and get in/torture my 2 sisters with a morning workout. Who knows, maybe I’ll get an aunt or 3 to join in. So,  no excuses. Here’s a 30/35 minute No Excuses workout that combines strength and cardio. You can do it virtually anywhere without any equipment. So pull it up on your phone, grab a friend (in my case a family member) and get moving.
